Privacy in short

Who is responsible

Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is Varvara Tishina, address as above. For any question about your data, write to info@varvaratishina.com.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by webgo GmbH, Hamburg, Germany. With every visit the server records technical data: IP address, date and time, the file requested, the browser and the page you came from. This is needed to deliver the website and to recognise attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after period at webgo. webgo processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Settings in your browser

The website remembers your language, the colour scheme and the volume in your browser (local storage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it in your browser settings.

YouTube videos

Videos are only loaded when you click one. From that moment your browser connects to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives at least your IP address and the video you are watching; Google may also process data in the USA. Starting a video is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More in Google’s privacy policy.

Links to other websites

Links to YouTube, SoundCloud and ticket sellers lead to other websites. Their own privacy rules apply there.

E-mail

If you write an e-mail, your address and message are used only to answer you and are kept as long as the correspondence requires (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). E-mail is handled by mail provider.

Admin area

The admin area is only for maintaining the website. It uses cookies for signing in. Failed sign-in attempts are stored with an encrypted (hashed) IP address for at most 30 minutes to block attacks.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
